These particular tags with the leaf cut-outs are created especially for the autumn season, but you can use any cut-out shape you like for any occasion you choose. Each tag here is a different shape because the original cardboard pieces used to make them were saved garment tags. When covered with scrapbook paper, you don't know the difference anymore and they are sturdy, as well."
