"What a stunning card! I would have never thought of placing the buttons behind the negative space of the butterflies. They give them an effervescent, high-spirited effect as if they could lift off the page. I'm not sure if I'd sew them on or glue them on, although the thread does seem to tie the card stock together with the buttons themselves. I love the way the wings of the butterflies are echoed in the curves of the white belly band. The Calico Shine Mister Huey's was the perfect finishing touch!"

"This magnolia tree branch is magnificent! I have a dwarf magnolia in my front yard. This soooooo life like! I love the soft pink color and that it seems to float in mid air unattached to anything at all! After reading the directions I think it's probably correctly labeled "Intermediate" although 30 hours of work in one weekend would be a long weekend for me! I love that something so beautiful can be made for so little...a mere $6.00 even though to be fair you must factor in the amount per hour. Time is a precious commodity these days indeed!"

"This Majestic Scalloped Lace Flower Card is quite charming! I love the color scheme and the echo of the flower petals in the scalloped edge opening. The tiny green/pink print along with the rick rack and bow lends an air of vintage to this card. The pearls are the perfect finishing embellishment! This card could be given for any number of occasions!!!"

"I have to admit that I almost passed this one by due to the color scheme. I'm very, very picky when it comes to colors in my paper crafting. But I stopped and looked again. I decided that I like what I see with the special fold and the mixed media medium that I'm going to give it a try with my own choice of colors. After all, isn't that what handicrafts are all about...being able to tailor them to our preference or to the preferences of those we're gifting. So thankful for the idea given to us by this artisan!"
