Hi Turptoo! It looks like the video is sped up to demonstrate the techniques in a concise amount of time. Have you considered replaying parts of the video as you go? I've found that I often need to watch a video several times when I'm learning a new technique or creating a project. I hope this is helpful, and happy scrapbooking!
