Scraptastic Recycled Brown Bag DIY Journal
This Scraptastic Recycled Brown Bag DIY Journal proves that going green can be fun and useful. Recycled art projects like this one are awesome for kids and adults alike. Make this green craft by cutting and folding brown paper bags, just like the ones we all have under our sinks. Once you've assembled the bags into a book, you can use scrapbook paper, magazines, ribbon, or anything else you can find to decorate the insides and outsides. Use your new DIY journal for writing, as a scrapbook with pictures, or give it as a gift.

Love to make paper crafts like these! I can buy a package of lunch bags at the dollar store, and decorate the journals with my stash of scrapbook paper scraps. I think these would make a fun travel journal, so I am going to make some for a family vacation next year.

This really is a very good idea. Talk about using up your s raps, this is perfect. It's such a simple idea I can't believe I have never seen it before. I am going to make one for each of my grand kids to use when they come to my place. They can draw, print, paste things in it like leaves or flowers. They will love it.
