I love most things ombre and that includes this ombre origami crane! My children and I have read the book, Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes by Eleanor Coerr and while I don't agree with it all I do believe it's great to understand the beliefs of others.I've done a little amount of origami in the past and it does indeed take practice to master the art. I've got quite a ways to go but there are soooo many objects to try! It's fun! Thanks for sharing!!!

It would be so fun to learn how to make paper cranes. The waiter at a sushi restaurant made one for me once, and it really brought a smile to my face

I've been learning to fold paper cranes recently. Mine never come out looking this good. I'll have to keep working at it!

Me too. It's definitely one of the more difficult folding techniques for beginners. I try to make one once a week to improve my skills. Once you have the folds memorized, you can focus on the look more! Good luck in your journey :) - Krista, Editor, AllFreePaperCrafts
