Materials List

  • 8.2" x 5.7" rose pink cardstock
  • 5.5" x 3.7" light purple glitter paper
  • 3 feathers, one each in the following colors: light blue, light pink and cerise pink
  • 2.1"-wide purple felt sunflower
  • 7 light blue 5mm rhinestone flower stickers
  • Strip of multicolored 5mm rhinestone flower stickers
  • Artline 210 Fineliner black pen
  • Pilot white marker extra fine point pen
  • Felt-tip pens: blue, brown and red
  • Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Scissors
  • Quick-drying craft glue (such as Bostik Clear)

Instructions:

  1. Score the rose pink cardstock to create a card sized 5.7" x 4.1".

  2. With the fold at the top, center and glue the glitter paper to the front of the card.

  3. Use the feathers and sunflower to make the guinea fowl's body and tail. First, decide where to position them, and then glue them in place.

  4. Use the Artline pen to draw the outline of the guinea fowl's feet, neck, and head.

  5. Use the white pen to add a dash of white below the guinea fowl's eye, and color his beak red, the area above his eye blue and his helmet brown.

  6. Glue 7 rhinestone stickers to the tail feathers to add the feathers' spots.

  7. Glue a strip of multicolored rhinestones down the left side of the card.
