Wow! There is a category of our county fair entries for recycled arts and crafts! This would fit in it just perfectly! I like that this project takes very, very little in the way of materials and it's something that I can do to use up the boxes of old magazines I have. It also comes up with something very useful. I'm always looking for where I laid my jewelry down and now it can go in this and I'll be able to find it easily!

I am all about making something good from nothing and this container is an excellent example of that. It would even make a great small gift or a container for a small gift. You can't get much thrifier than old magazines and catalogs, either, and that means I have to try it!
