"This Butterfly and Washi Tape Card is bright and cheery and light and airy! I have to confess that I haven't used washi tape yet. It looks sooooo easy but I haven't given in and bought a roll yet! When you think of pretty flying insects, your first thought is usually about butterflies. They aren't the only beautiful bug, however, as this Flying Quilled Paper Dragonfly proves.
