Other Materials:

  • Silk Ribbon
  • Ranger Liquid Pearls in Platinum
  • Copic Markers
  • Memento Rich Cocoa Ink
  • S6-004 5x7 Detailed Scallops


Instructions:

  1. Die cut a large detailed scallops rectangle.
     
  2. Cut a strip of cardstock 4.5 x 12 inches and fold to create the card base. Adhere this to the back of the rectangle.
     
  3. Cut a large frame panel from patterned paper and trim around the decorative edge. Stamp the floral bouquet in the centre, and colour using copics. Adhere the panel to the centre of the die cut frame.
     
  4. Stamp, die cut and assemble a large and a medium flowers. Adhere to the top of the stamped image, with a tied ribbon bow.
     
  5. Cut a tag title from patterned paper and tuck into the base of the flowers.
     
  6. Apply a double row of paint dots around the edge of the oval frame.

Oh la la! I love the way this artisan has created a mixed media palette on this card! Sooooo pretty! I don't have some of these items so I'll tell you how I'm going to make it my own. I don't have a large intricately detailed rectangular die so I'll attach the lace that I do own onto the back of the rectangular card stock. I'll also actually stitch the oval that surrounds the roses. I'll stamp florals because I have those and add the ribbon and tag. It won't be exactly the same but thanks sooooo much for the inspiration!!!
