Ruth Hamilton

My name is Ruth Hamilton and I am an avid paper crafter.  I live in beautiful Northern Ireland.

I enjoy most types of crafting from papercraft to cooking and gardening.

I am usually busy creating! I enjoy making and publishing craft-related videos on my YouTube channel and occasionally I post little scenic videos of the senery around Northern Ireland.
I really love all the interaction from subscribers to my channel who chat in the comments and give me feedback on my videos.
 
My predominant theme is nature, especially florals. I’m always drawing, colouring or just “thinking” flowers! I always have a notepad and pencil at the ready as you just never know what can inspire you in nature or your surroundings. 
Crafting has always been a major part of my life and I have made many like minded friends while demonstrating craft products at trade events, craft shows, and in retail outlets. 
 
I have been on several design teams and have created content for a couple of companies but more recently I have been enjoying crafting for my own enjoyment with whatever supplies I have at hand.
 
I have contributed to several craft magazines over the years and it was always lovely to see the cards etc which I produced at home brought to life in the pages of a magazine.
 
Although I mostly craft using a manual die cutting machine, I also use a Cricut from time to time. I just need more hours in the day!
