Michele Kovack

My name is Michele Kovack and I am a mother of two teenagers, 18 and 16. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for the past 20 years. I teach 5th gtrade by day and am an avid cardmaker, scrapbooker, altered artist by night! I feel sometimes like I live a double life! ;) I started scrapbooking 18 years ago after the birth of my daughter, Cortney. She is mentally and physically handicapped. I scrapbooked as a way to come to terms with my feelings and focus on the positive by documenting her successes and milestones. By the time my son, Kyle was born I was totally hooked! Card making and altered projects were a natural progression. I figured since I had so much "stuff" why not put it to good use? I am extremely blessed to work for some great companies! I currently design for JustRite Papercraft, Crafty Secrets, Paper Loft, Northridge Publishing, and am a "Dirty Girl" at Splitcoast Stampers. This hobby has helped me in more ways than I could ever have imagined! You know what they say, "Crafters are the nicest people out there." I couldn't agree more!
