Less stress. Coloring. Butterflies. Gardens. With so many excellent topics packed into one book, who could refuse to explore it? Stress Less Coloring Butterfly Gardens is a fabulous collection from F+W Media featuring "100+ Coloring Pages for Peace and Relaxation". Keep calm and color on! This beautiful coloring book is not to be missed.

I love what the introduction to this book says about coloring: "Over the years, studies have shown that coloring allows your mind to concentrate solely on the task at hand, which brings you into a restful state similar to what you can achieve through meditation. When you allow yourself to focus on the creative artwork in front of you, your mind doesn't have room for all of the anxiety and stress in your life." Coloring is one of the most peaceful activities! It's sheer bliss to take your mind off the buzz of the day-to-day while exercising creativity in choosing your colors. Regardless of artistic ability, anyone can color and create a truly one-of-a-kind piece of art.

This book features an abundance of butterflies to choose from. You'll find butterfly mandalas, florals, large butterflies with intricate wings, smatterings of smaller butterflies, and more. All butterflies range in intricacy, so you can choose your design based on how much time you have available or how challenging of a project you feel like tackling that day.

So many butterfly designs make for a thick coloring book, but I was pleased to find the binding is very flexible; the book should stay open easily as you color. Of course, feel free to take out any pictures and color them separately, maybe to frame and give as gifts later! Expand on your coloring skills, relax, and enjoy coloring in butterfly gardens.

Which do you enjoy coloring in more: flowers or butterflies?
