Instructions:

Ink up one of the solid hearts with the WOW! Embossing Pad and stamp in the center of the card, re-ink and stamp above and again below.

  1. Sprinkle with WOW! Pink Lady Embossing Powder, shake off excess and heat set.

  2. For this next step, you’ll need to dab the middle heart with the anti-static pad to remove any moisture that the heat may have caused.

  3. Stamp the polka dot heart into the middle heart and sprinkle with WOW! Bonding Powder, shake off excess and heat set. Immediately apply the WOW! Ice Blue Fab Foil and rub, please be aware that it may be hot.

  5. Press the scrap of card stock in the WOW! Embossing Pad and sprinkle with WOW! Bonding Powder, shake off excess and heat set.

  6. Apply the WOW! Ice Blue Fab Foil. If you want a distressed look, pull off quickly. For a more even look, burnish with a bone folder.

  7. Die cut your sentiment.

  8. Tie a bow with the twine and adhere to the middle heart. Then adhere the foiled sentiment.
