Materials from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™:

  • E-Z Runner®
  • Crafty Foam Tape
  • DODZ™ – Medium


Other Materials:

  • Spellbinders: Leaf Die Cut
  • Sizzix: Embossing Folder
  • Papertrey Ink: Stamps
  • Cardstock in Orange and Kraft


Instructions:

1. Die cut the top panel using a leaf die cut. Emboss a piece of orange cardstock to add texture behind the die cut panel. Attach the embossed panel to a card base using the E-Z Runner®.

2. To create the dimension, adhere the die cut panel using Crafty Foam Tape.

3. Score the bottom of the panel for interest, and then stamp the sentiment.

4. The last step is to add a button using DODZ™ – Medium. The perfect hold, and no messy glue!

I adore this card. My favorite part about it is that you used a cut-out of a leaf instead of cutting out more paper or card stock and gluing it onto the front of a solid piece of paper. I like that it gives you a little peek of what you will find inside.
